The service writer for Genesis Lexington, KY was very helpful, understanding and professional in the manner in which he handled my continued problems with my rear passenger side roller shade. I rarely use the roller shades in my 2023 Genesis G90, however I expect it to work properly when used. Replacing the mechanism was the right move in this case.

Loved the Genesis QV80! We test drive it twice. Xavian helped us understand the benefits of the vehicle, options, etc. He was fantastic, a great representative of your company. Ultimately, it came down to price, but would see Xavian for a future vehicle.
