The overall design of the GV80 is excellent. It’s a powerful beast of a car. Incredibly well equipped. As far as service goes, I’ve only had the vehicle in for normal maintenance until this last service where I had a few issues. Those issues were handled professionally & as promptly as possible given that parts needed to be ordered.
Genesis communication was outstanding throughout the process, from road side service & especially the dealership. Dan was outstanding at keeping me abreast of the current situation.

Service quick, good and people are all friendly… BUT- you need SEC network during March madness- I mean- you are in the BBN and most of those waiting on service we’re having to watch on phones. Bummer… but service was great.
First of all, I love my Genesis! Secondly, I had an amazing experience with the service department. He was so kind and accommodating. He made sure we knew exactly what was happening and how long it would take. He graciously allowed us a loaner car so we didn't have to sit and wait. After the maintenance, he went over my vehicle diagnostics with me. Overall, I was so pleased with the appointment. I will always recommend your dealership to anyone. Thank you.
During my previous visits for servicing my car, I felt the communication was less than desirable. However, this time around, Dan was terrific! He took his time explaining all the work to be done and even offered a loaner car for my convenience, which I really appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service Experience at Don Franklin Genesis of Lexington
I have been a proud Genesis owner for over five years, and until recently I had only serviced my vehicle at Genesis of Atlanta, where I originally purchased it. Because I recently expanded my business into Lexington, I needed to schedule service while I was in town and decided to visit Don Franklin Genesis of Lexington.
I am extremely busy and spend much of my day in meetings, so I assumed I would be at the dealership most of the afternoon and scheduled virtual meetings from 1–5 PM while my car was being serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, I was treated with exceptional hospitality.
My service advisor, Daniel, made the entire process seamless. I was checked in using a digital iPad check-in, and Daniel walked around the vehicle with me to complete a thorough inspection. Afterward, he showed me the workspace areas so I could get settled and start working right away. The dealership had comfortable seating, a professional environment to take meetings, and thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and tea.
What impressed me most was the efficiency. My car was finished much earlier than I expected, but I was still able to stay and finish my meetings comfortably before leaving. That level of professionalism and flexibility made the experience even better.
Don Franklin Genesis of Lexington truly represents the Genesis brand of luxury service and hospitality. I was so impressed that I honestly felt like I could have purchased another vehicle on the spot simply because of how well I was treated. The only reason I didn’t is because my current Genesis is still in pristine condition.
