They had a hybrid model with a trailer hit hitch, which made us happy. We didn’t feel pressured. Conner did a great job explaining features of the vehicle and the financing process. Very organized with the paper signing. Brad did a great job connecting our phones and setting up the center screen and explaining it to us. He offered to meet with us again when we bring our down payment in for any questions, which is nice. They said we could go ahead and take the vehicle home with us.
