Chad and the staff were very kind and helpful. We specifically chose this dealership because Of the staff. We liked the palisade, but the staff really made us feel comfortable purchasing. Other dealerships made us feel pressure or wee plain unhelpful.

I had a great, quick experience with Don Franklin Hyundai! My salesman was Collin and he and the Finance Manager, Richard worked tirelessly to find me exactly what I wanted! I had a unique situation, brand new open bankruptcy, needed $0 down, and wanted a newer SUV for my kids and I. They worked with me over the phone and gave me several options that were within my price range and got me financed with my exact terms extremely fast! Collin was amazing and extremely understanding and helpful. He made sure that the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and had it already gassed up, ready to go on the test drive as soon as I arrived to look at it! He was very accommodating and not overbearing and pushy at all! I highly highly recommend Don Franklin AND Collin as well!!!!
