The man who sold me my car was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I haven’t bought a car without my husband in 2015. He passed in 2020. So it was a big step for me. Don’t care for the high interest and car payment . I’m on a fixed income. But the salesman made us feel relaxed enough to finally decide on my car. My Son was with me and he was very impressed by Joey Robinson. The one who did my payments tried to lie to me into buying more stuff. My Son caught it. He was to cocky! You don’t have to buy anything he tells you to, so watch out👍🏼

Scheduled the government vehicle for a oil change along with a balance and rotation. was hoping to get to have the car run through the wash at the Chevy dealership as the government credit card isn't accepted at local car washes. Unfortunate the dealerships wash system was down for servicing.
I took the payment receipt and went to the co-owned Nissan dealership a couple miles down the road. Mitchell greeted me upon arrival and I explained needing a car wash, however the Chevy dealership was unable to do so. He looked at the oil change receipt, smiled and said, "No problem. I will get you taken care of. " I really appreciate his demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of a Don Franklin customer. The government care has found a permeant servicing center.
It was easy to schedule and receive my service appointment. I also received great service.
I have always been Chevy man at heart but it's usually what I can afford and what gets me from point A to B but I have bought 3 cars from don Marshall Chevy.
I am not a brand specific, although my last two vehicles have GM products. The thing that will cause me to by another GM product is the service department at Don Franklin.
