Completely upfront & honest. Sold the Buick at the advertised price, gave me more than I expected for my trade and Justin (sales) and the finance officer stayed late to accommodate me.

They recognized me as a repeat customer (third vehicle in seven years). And stated at the begining of the visit that they would get me the Buick on my terms, they did and it is on my driveway this evening.

I will be back and recommend Don Franklin Somerset to my family & friends.

Have also got to say the service staff is top notch and helped in this sale.
