We loved the check-in process for our first service appointment. We pulled right up to the door. Grayson was awesome getting our info and showing us to the waiting area. We were finished much quicker than expected and our vehicle was waiting right back at the door for us!

The fact that I was able to start out online connecting with Vanessa. She answered all the questions I had. She set up an appointment to come in for a test drive. Jordan Bernard meet us on the showroom floor. He took us out for the test drive. We love the vehicle. Started the negotiation on the price. All went very well with the negotiating it went very smoothly. Worked out our payment. We spoke with the financial person and i'm sorry I can't remember his name. I have never bought a car that went so smoothly, no pressure. We got to the dealership at 2:30 and walked out the door at 4, not a whole day's worth of going back-and-forth. As we were waiting, one of your cleaning ladies was cleaning and she was the nicest lady. My husband initiated talking to her. I want you to know that even your cleaning staff is very friendly.
