This was the most smooth process I’ve ever been through to buy a vehicle. They made it very easy. I wasn’t even there an hour. They had me exactly what i wanted pulled up to the porch outside and had me an alternative to pick out. From the time i was there until i left everyone was super nice & allowed me to make my own decisions without feeling forced. The financing process was very smooth as well.

My husband and I along with our three year old Grandson brought our F150 in to Ben Franklin for a recall issue. We were greeted in the service check in parking area by a very friendly employee , when he realized that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty walking, he was so helpful he pulled the truck up as close as possible to the door and Larry Scaff, who registered us had a chair waiting at the door and a kind lady brought her office chair out for him also. We were taken to the waiting area with a nice little area for children to enjoy also.
The issue was taken care of expeditiously and we were on our way shortly!
We were treated with the utmost courtesy by very caring people. You touched our hearts that day and my husband said when we trade vehicles, we will be back!
