Courtesy , devotement and punctuality on working as fast as possible to meet the customer wants and need that which and ustderstanding only problems that I can think of that could be better on service is to notify an customer that if there is any recalls and they they work on it that the mater be solved I have like three things that are wrong with my vehicle. As of right now they attempted to fix the windshield wipers. All they Dommers replace the blades still having issues wiring clearcoat outside of frame of window because wipers going over the window. I’ve mentioned it to ford and they said they fix the problem and then I still am having problems with the same exact problem or issue. Other than that I would like to say thank you ford for your courteous workers I wish you the best. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

The young man who met us when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a previous issue related to the purchase of our Aviator and when he found out he introduced us to the service manager Robbie Brown who went above and beyond to address and fix most of the issues. Robbie bent over backwards to fix the issues the sales team should have fixed when we purchased our vehicle but failed to do. Between the service agent and manager we will definitely come back.
