They were so helpful and courteous could not ask for better service they went above and beyond Jeff Ramsey especially don franklin is so very lucky to have him. My family and I have purchased several cars from don franklin Eddie thompson is also great I wouldn’t do business anywhere else I recommend don franklin ALWAYS!!! My vehicle broke down (water pump on I-75 on a Sunday afternoon) while traveling between Ohio and Tennessee. Obviously wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule anything. I had the tow truck leave the vehicle on your doorstep with key in drop box. Talked to service department personnel on Monday and they were able to fit me in and get it repaired on Monday. I really appreciate it.

Very professional, attentive to my needs,sought out from other dealerships the car I wanted to buy..worked with me above and beyond other dealerships..quick when it came to the paperwork of my purchase I was in my new car driving away in about 1 hr. This is the purchasing experience everyone wants and should have.can't say enough good things about my salesman Derek Akers..he phoned me to tell me my car was there..and met at the appointed time and he handled everything professionally and with great care..every salesman at every dealership should work in this manner.
