As a customer from out of town the sales team worked with me over the phone to put a great deal together on a new Ford F-150 Platinum! On delivery day we were in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. The team had everything ready to go and it was a flawless experience. Ok people are really nice but I am still waiting for follow up call to schedule repair for my truck that I can't drive right now when I purchased the truck I was told with the extended warranty I purchased with Don Franklin would take care of everything and since I live in Richmond would have a loaner vehicle if needed but I am still waiting. TRIED CALLING BACK LAST FRIDAY BUT NO ONE COULD HELP ME!
