Lee Smith's service (Don Franklin Used Cars/London, KY) was absolutely amazing. He was helping us out and had great communication skills. When that first car was sold, Lee called Me and my Husband up and informed us that the vehicle was retrieved on Sunday and was sold. And he helped out over the course of 5 days trying to find the perfect car for us (within our price range and reliable). Honestly I hope Lee gets a raise, because he deserves one. His service was absolutely amazing.

I love the friendly service. One thing I don’t like is they pick and choose who’s car they will wash or they say they checked your air in your tires and they never. I do love that they don’t leave you sitting for hours before they get to your car.
