When my Ford 150 lariat broke down while traveling your service department did an excellent job repairing my vehicle under warranty. I had to overnight, but Jared did all the work of getting me a rental under warranty to return to Tennessee the following day until the part arrived, and notified me to come back and pick up my truck when it was finished. I had my dog one traveling, and everybody was pet friendly, including bringing me water while I waited for my truck problem to be diagnosed all in all. It made a bad situation a lot better I really appreciated everybody at your dealership.
