I had a stereo amplifier problem, I was near the dealership, I started smelling melting wires and seeing a bit of smoke, I thought the truck was going to burn. I went inside and said I need help my truck is smelling like burning wiring, and they said get it in the garage door and they smelled it before I got in the door. There was 3 or 4 on it in a second, they was waiting on me when I pulled in. They quit everything and went in on my truck immediately !! This was about 4pm, they found, and fixed it by 4pm next day!!! The truck was bought there August 12th and ad about 2600 miles on it only. They used some tool I’m thinking they called a THERMO, or something that sounded like that, find the problem, ordered the new amplifier, and called me by 4pm the next day and said PAUL, YOUR TRUCK IS READY TO GO IF YOU WANT TO COME IN AND PICK IT UP !! Now if that’s not professional service I don’t know what is !! Has worked flawlessly ever since. Larry Scalf, I think is his name, he’s great, your internet sales lady is so nice, and knows her job well too, she’s looking for me a great condition, mid mileage Escape bout 3–4 yrs old right now. In summary, I’ve been in a lot of dealerships, worked at 2 myself, and two used car lots too, but, the two dealerships I worked at don’t even compare. It seems Don Franklin is definitely in a league above all others. When I buy another, it will be from Don Franklin of London !!!! And last, they provided me with a loaner, white 2023 Escape like brand new, 15,000 miles, and just luckily I guess, I was already looking for a great used small suv anyway. After driving the escape, it’s now the one I want, so I asked Dawn to find me one. iIt was professional service done perfectly, and in record time. All I can say is thanks for everything y’all done for meee !!! I can’t see it being done any BETTER anywhere else !!! I’m guessing that’s why Don Franklin dealerships are EVERYWHERE !!! Thank everybody for me, as well as Mr. Frankie Marcum, he was the salesman that sold me the Ranger, he’s awesome as well. I don’t think SERVICE could get any better. And, I LOVE my new Ranger !!!!! I like that the service area is efficient, clean, and works together from initial registration to notification of additional needs found while servicing your car, to pulling your car up to the garage exit.
The service department is very knowledgeable about its work. You never have to worry about them doing unnecessary maintenance for extra money. They go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied and the job is done right.
No problem scheduling my truck in for service and the service people are super nice and accommodating
For normal service you don’t come out and say you need cabin filter , air filter, Etc…. If you do. You bring that filter out with you and show the dirty filter.
No pressure on adding parts to run up bill.

Everyone is friendly and know what they are doing. The service department people are doing a great job. I like the mechanics also. So far they have done excellent work on my vehicles. So I'll give them all a 9 all the way up to a 10. And that's why I come .
