When you make appointments you either get taken care of early or on time I make appointments because I don’t have time to wait all day so this works great for me

I've been kept informed of progress of repairs, consulted before out of the normal service or repairs, also been kept updated on any service's due.

Your services department sucks I use to have a truck it was a 2011.fx4 it was a 150xlt sometimes it would start in the morning and sometimes it would not start at all so I took it to you people there at your services department to see what they could find out why it was doing that and your people there at the services department they could not find the problem that I was having with it so what i did then I took it to the Ford in Corbin they worked on it for a long time and they FIX it with no problem and you people here in London could not even do that for me.
