Salesman was very professional and made the car buying process bearable. Purchased a Nissan Murano for a very nice price. Finance process went very quicky. They informed us of our extended warranty option but did not pressure us into buying. I hate buying a new car but buying with Don Franklin Ford was not too bad.

I recently dealt with the service dept. at the Ford dealership in London and also worked with the sales team at the Nissan dealership in Somerset. Both experiences were great. The mechanic at the service dept was beyond helpful in explaining my minor issue. The sales team at the Nissan dealership is just amazing. Very impressed by this sales team, knowledgeable, friendly and just made us feel right at home despite being from our of town.
