MJ Carpenter was our salesman. He was really great. Not pushy, really listened to me, worked hard to find exactly the car I wanted.
I need to come in to the service dept. to have an oil change (free) and the heating element on the steering wheel fixed. That will be free as well. If all goes well in the service department I will highly recommend Don Franklin Nissan.

Great service with a timely quote on repairs. Service personnel maintained open communication on status of repair. No hassle pick up and payment. Service personnel explained in detail what was repaired and warranties that applied.

Your ability to move a vehicle from one dealership to another within your group of stores was a plus. I had been looking for a model with specific features and found one in another city. It was moved close to me for my test drive and ultimate purchase.
