My car”s battery died in the Kroger parking lot. I planned to have it towed but called dealership and tanner said they’d send someone out to give me a jump to save me money. I got a ride to get my groceries home and then back to Kroger where I called. Someone immediately came over and jumped it and then followed me so I felt safe getting to the dealership . Mechanics took about 45 minutes to get a new battery installed and I was on my way.
Really knowledgeable about vehicles that you work with. If I have any questions there are people that really seem to care about taking care of my needs. Not to far from hope. Love the fact that I get my car worked on, then you wash it as well.

There was an issue with my tire pressure sensor after they installed my new tires. When I called about the issue, Jennifer told me to come right in. The issue was resolved and I wasn’t charged anything!
