Friendly, helpful, and responsive
This was my first experience with Don Franklin. I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them as I made that known to the service tech. I feel my vehicle had not been properly treated when I took it in for service such as topping off the fluids etc. I take pride in taking care of my belongings and my vehicle is no exception. I will continue to try them as long as the services is what anyone would expect when paying for a service. Where I work was curious of the service because they felt a slight difference. Time will prove right or wrong. The technician was very polite and I really appreciate it. I wish more were as easy to speak with.
I have had a positive experience with Bob Glass and the other employees. They are very plain about the service needed and the pricing.
The up dates of your car while in the service area the employees are super nice always making the visit very pleasant
Ron Abramson always takes good care of me. I appreciate your picking up & delivering my car back to me in this time of Covid. You do need to caution your drivers to treat a client’s vehicle kindly. When I bought my iPhone, Verizon added a HUM device to my Murano. My safe driving record was dinged 5 points, for fast acceleration, hard stops, hard cornering. First name removed young men might want to be a little more careful. All in all, Don Franklin is a 5 star dealership.

GREAT SERVICE
I am naturally hesitant about taking a vehicle to a dealership for service, figuring they would find all kinds of ways to charge one for repairs or employ high pressure sales tactics to sell cars to someone who might not need one at the time.
When I did come to Don Franklin for a service issue I was a little wary about how busy the place was, figuring even with an appointment I would be just another car in a line.
First name removed Abrahamson was my designated service adviser and while he was extremely busy he took the time to analyze my problem, explain the issue and answer my uneducated questions. So instead I felt like a valued customer whose problem was quickly resolved at a reasonable price. Heck, he even threw in a quick car wash when the service was completed, and that was a nice unexpected touch.
And a large crew working there that I had any brief encounter with were friendly and efficient, so one felt like a customer instead of another faceless person in a line. It was a good experience and an excellent example, even as busy as they were, of caring for and being attentive to the customer.

All is well, the service is expensive! My service was an oil change and tire rotation. An air filter was also added however the total charge was over $100.00. No wonder vehicle owners go to independent garage owners.
We love dealing with Thad, he is so down to earth and easy to work with, no pressure!!

The team members are always friendly and courteous. I’m able to use the WiFi to work while I’m waiting and the service is almost always completed before I expect.
