Fast reliable service!

I had a good buying experience when we bought our 2014 Nissan Rogue from Glenn Nissan a for it became Don Franklin. I continue to take the Rogue there for service because I really like Ron in Nissan service but I will not buy another car from Don Franklin because of the disrespect I experienced from the dealership when I was looking at a used car in 2018. I had made an offer on a vehicle that was rejected which was perfectly fine. The next day I received a call asking me to come back and talk to a manager. I agreed and an appointment time was scheduled. I was reminded that I needed to be sure to keep an appointment that I made (I keep my appointments but I know a lot of people today don’t consider other peoples’ time to be valuable, so I understood this but thought it bordered on rudeness). I showed up on time and was asked to wait. I was made to wait for the same salesperson I had talked to before (definitely not a manager) and then talked to someone else (also not a manager) when my salesperson remained with another customer for an extended period of time. I explained the offer I had made and why and no negotiations were attempted so it was a total waste of my time. Don Franklin contacted me with the pretense of talking to a manager about my offer on a used car and made a point of my being sure to respect their time, but they totally wasted my time and apparently had no intention of my meeting with a manager. I left there and will not go back to buy a car. I made a deal on the same make and model of vehicle with a Wyler dealership.

Prompt. Jennifer was very pleasant. Not pushy. Offered me promotional services. Washing the car was a nice bonus as well.

Service invites input as to what your vehicle might need outside of tire rotation and oil change. They seem to really care not only about your vehicle but the comfort of the owner while service happens. They even gave my Lola (my Murano’s name) a bath!!

Great used car deal

I have had my car for several years. I like the quick pick up esp for getting on
the interstate. The service department has always been dependable and honest.
I appreciate that very much. So far, my car has held up well.
