Service is good. It is difficult though to get 4 PM appointments online. I always have to call to be able to get a 4 o’clock appointment.
Also this last appointment I only requested an oil change, but they performed a tire rotation. That cost me an extra $20.
I had also requested my high brake light be checked but nothing was on my service report about that. So guessing it didn’t happen.

We always go to Don Franklin. We have purchased 3 cars and a truck, and got great deals on all of them. The service department has decent prices, so getting oil changes and car services are not hard on the pocket. Even the waiting area is comfy. We will always return to Don Franklin for all our car needs!!

My service adviser First name removed Perkins is awesome. He takes care of my car and truck like they were his own. Offers the best advise on how to best service them and works me in the schedule asap. As long First name removed is there, I'll be there.

Staff is friendly and have always been more than accommodating, especially Tanya LaRue. I will only buy vehicles from her as long as she is working for Don Franklin and will only buy vehicles from Don Franklin. Competitive prices but more importantly the service and follow ups after the purchase makes you feel valued!
