We had good service at Don Franklin in Bardstown, although when the vehicle was done we were not informed and I did not know it was finished until I went and asked about it. I have purchased several vehicles at Don Franklin dealerships and will continue to do so. It was difficult to get an appointment for an oil change in Bardstown and I had to wait 3 weeks to get in, making my scheduled service late. We recently moved from Somerset and I really liked working with the staff there. Since there are several Don Franklin dealerships in town, it was always very easy to get an appointment for exceptional service. Someone at the dealership in Bardstown told me on the phone that Don Franklin owned an oil change location in town. If so, that would make it easier for me to schedule my regular service.

Don Franklin has always treated me as if I'm their top priority, even if I'm only scheduled for regular maintenance. Buisness is always fair and, most important of all, honest. I have dealt with many other dealerships in the past, and have been sorely disappointed with customer service, shady buisness practices and unnecessary billing, to the point that I have become leery of dealerships in general. BUT, Don Franklin has changed my opinion wholly. I trust them to be timely, fair, honest and always polite and accommodating. I also ALWAYS appreciate that they return my vehicle to me CLEANER than when I dropped it off. They gIve it a good (and complimentary) wash after service is completed, and those are the little things that make them a top notch dealership.
