I have dealt with Don Franklin Auto in Bardstown for several years. My salesman is Josh Barrett.
He has always been very fair with me and my family. If you want a good deal, see Josh. As far as service, I deal mainly with Jena VanArsdale, Jen is very professional and always keeps me abreast of where they are with my vehicle. She texts me as they work on my vehicle.

Tim Perkins is very good as well.

Service like this is a rarity.

It’s the service….or more specifically Jenn the service advisor at your Bardstown location. Jenn is an amazing service advisor who always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of and that I feel like more than just a “customer”.
