What I do not like is the tension between the service manager and his assistant, None of the workers are smiling and they seem to be scrutinized by the service manager and his assistant.

Quick & easy service.
Oil change get you in ,get you out and they run your car thru the wash. I wouldn't get oil changed anywhere else. And the price is very reasonable.
I purchased my vehicle with the lifetime warranty and while Don Franklin no longer offers this option, my family indicate that the new warranty is still very good.
