I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for so I am thankful that Tyson helped me out and went through all the details. I didn’t even have to ask him to explain things or show me how to use things. He even put my bike in my car for me and made sure I could get the front tire back on. If I wouldn’t have had his help I probably would have just walked back out of the store. Overall it was a great experience and I love my bike and accessories! Customer service is top notch!

I fell into a small row of bikes due to a round of chemo and radiation, and was helped up by an employee. He was younger than most employees, and I was afraid he was going to make a big deal, and started explaining right away.
He listened, and replied there was no apparent damage, and he would take care of resetting the bikes.
It was handled so discretely that no other person in the shop even noticed. I can’t even express how much that meant to me. I haven’t shopped anywhere else since that happened.

The staff in the store were helpful and friendly. They had a good selection of bikes and parts, and I was able to get the parts I needed.

Tyson is absolutely THE BEST! Super knowledgeable and patient and REALLY took the time to be customer oriented and answer questions. I went to a bike store before going into Freewheel in Eagan and had the exact opposite experience. When I entered Freewheel in Eagan, I was greeted right away, did not feel pressured, and ended up purchasing THREE BIKES from them!

Talk about the difference in customer experience -and Tyson and the team there were the heart of it all!
