Freewheel only sells high quality products.
They always seem to have what I need or can get it, if it's available.
They will give me advice & help me if I have a maintenance issue.
They have so many group rides & programs at various shops so we can learn & try new stuff.
They've helped me out of so many jams. I've stopped in the night before a race or event & fixed an issue that made it possible for me to have a working bike!
On more than a couple occasions, they've trouble shooted (troubleshot?) a super weird problem that none of my friends have figured out.

Fast friendly professional

I don’t feel uncomfortable walking in, as it doesn’t feel like a high pressure sales room. The staff are helpful and answer all questions. They give time to think and come back if you need more time. Again, no pressure, just helpful. They all seem to like their jobs and want the customer to be happy.

I really appreciated the individual service provided by the staff member that helped me. He thought broadly about my goal to start touring with an older bike, helped me get what I needed to reach that goal, helped me understand my next steps in prepping for a short trip.
