By far the best purchasing experience we have had purchasing a bike. We have purchased in the past from Erik's, OneTen Cycle, and some other smaller shops and we were extremely pleased with the service at the store. It was great. Will definitely be returning for future service and future purchases.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a holder for my flare tail light as I got a new saddle and the current model didn't fit under the seat. They looked it up and said they wouldn't have it available for 4 months so he wen and took it off a trial bike and sold it to me. That is why I always shop at Freewheel
