Tyson did an excellent job in listening to what we wanted in an Ebike. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We visited 3 different bike shops prior to Freewheel. Freewheel was the first store that wowed us and helped us feel comfortable. The store was clean, organized, and stocked. I do not hesitate to tell friends and family when they ask me where to shop for a bike, Freewheel in Eagan and ask for Tyson.

Great service and selection of bikes
My wife and I already own Trek bikes and love them. I did a lot of research when the Domane SL 5 Gen 4 was recommended to me. I liked everything about it, especially the down tube storage compartment, a smart use of existing space.
The service I received was absolutely top shelf. I had many questions and they were all addressed completely and suggestions were made as my preferences became clearer. Options were presented not just up selling.
Honestly, the whole experience was the best I have had for a significant purchase.
