My first time I went to Freewheel, they adjusted my shifters better than another bike shop had.

The second time, they were the only ones who had the grips I wanted in stock.

The third time was yesterday. I was looking to get the mountain biking gloves I wanted from a local bike shop, instead of ordering from an online-only store like Amazon. Freewheel's price was also cheaper, and there was no shipping charge for picking them up from the store, as they were in Freewheel's warehouse. I ordered them from Freewheel's website on Sunday, and picked them up on Monday.

I will continue to come back.

I knew your stock and sizing. I let my friend try riding my new Trek bike and after trying it, we ended up at your store in Eagan. She bought the bike I thought would be perfect for her and with the features I heard her talk about such as battery distance, comfort(I told her to consider her bike like purchasing a new car and the comfort she was seeking in purchasing a luxury car as opposed to any old car) and she ended up with her luxury ebike—just like I feel I did.
Your sales representative also worked with a trade-in satisfied a reasonable deal.
