Friendly, Honest and great service. Brought my wife's Trex Verve2 in, which we purchased last year for the free tune up we got with the purchase. I really like that Trex and they had the same bike in the color I wanted, so I decided to purchased. They had the tune up done in two days but said once the warm weather hits that quick service will change and they appreciated that we brought the bike in before spring hits.

I am always treated with respect. I have been very happy with the service related to mechanical troubles with my bike. Derailleur adjustments, tune-ups, etc. Their service is timely. I never have to wait long periods of time for service. Employees go out of their way to accommodate.
