Jason was very thorough! He raised my handlebars and talked through breaking in my brakes on my new Trek bicycle! I enjoyed the patience he demonstrated with the questions I had and the care he took to be sure my bike was ready to ride. Also, I was traveling and didn't get back in to pick up my bike for about a month. You didn't call and call--(thank you!) instead, you waiting and knew I'd be back.

I was able to get my bike in for repair in a very reasonable timeframe.

I took my hybrid in because it wasn’t shifting well. I couldn’t get out of second gear. My bike mechanic diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 20 minutes. I was on the road again.
