Takes longer for repairs etc. In the past Penn Cycle would service a lot of things when you came in and would not need to leave bike.

I've always felt confident after picking up my bike that it was it good, safe condition. That's why I come back year after year for a checkup, whether I have any issues or not.
Tom was very helpful! What I liked most is he talked directly to my 11 year old (whom we bought the bike for) and gave him information on how to keep his bike safe.
The two individuals helping us were respectful and patient. He demonstrated impressive expertise. Experience helped to further repair my sons relationship with cycling. Afraid to ride until very recently, as his grandfather was killed while competing in a cross country bike race at the same time that my son was learning to ride a bike. Thanks for the help I received at the shop, my son is confident and eager to ride his bike each day.
