Jamie was so helpful as I was looking for a new road bike. He had a wealth of knowledge to share and I appreciated that he made me feel comfortable to ask questions.

I was impressed by how quickly my bike was ready to go and appreciated Jamie's help getting me fitted for the bike. I'm so happy with my purchase and feel like I got great equipment. I also like knowing that I can always come back in for adjustments or repairs.

You repaired 2 bicycles when I did not wish to attempt this in a cold garage.

Great service. When Eagan didn't have the bike that I wanted they sent me to Richfield and I was able to get the bike, my husband's bike and then Richfield sent us to Eden Prairie for the bike rack. All stores worked as a team to meet our needs.

I worked in the bike industry for a decade, and am still a proficient mechanic. The guys at freewheel in ep, richfield, Eagan and Bloomington have always been helpful finding parts in stock for me to get done what I needed to get done and help me out with jobs I don’t want to do (taping rims). Theyre also great about helping out with folks I send to them when I can’t find time to do jobs for them. Lots of the guys have been great but especially Andrew In Richfield and Chris in Ep.
