Fast and accurate
The guy were awesome ! Very fast service! It was a simple service, they took my bike back and got me rolling in 15 minutes. They were also helpful with a few questions i had about my fat tire bike.

I called because I was having an issue with my derailleur. He said to bring it in and that they had openings the upcoming week. I brought it in and they had me up and running in 10 minutes. I was able to get a in a ride that afternoon before the weather turned. A+

The folks at Richfield FreeWheel really know their stuff and their wait times are consistently better than other shops closer to me, so always worth the extra drive. Consistency with staffing too, so I usually see the same employee time and time so I trust them. I have never had pressure sales either which turns me away quickly.
