Personalized service

I am new to biking and bikes, but knew I wanted a Hybrid. The salesman listened to what kind of riding I was looking to do and suggested the Trek FX 2. He wasn't pushing it on me, just explained why it was a great bike and after I test rode it, I could see why. The folks their also took their time with the safety check before I left. It wasn't just a 2 min spot check. Rather, it was about 10 mins of thorough inspection to ensure safety. When I left they showed me how to remove and re-install the front tire when transporting.

You had the items I needed, and weren't 100% focused on making the sale as fast as possible. In short, you are quite different from Penn or Eric;s.

I came in needing a battery for my Cateye. They had the battery in stock. They installed it for me and reset the time and set up the speedometer so it was ready to hook on my bike. I put the cat eye back in place on my bike and the speedometer and the odometer and the clock are working correctly. Thank you guys for the good service.
