Excellent experience! Mike took the time to accurately troubleshoot an issue that 4 other technicians mis-diagnosed and was able to finally get my bike working the way it should. I was able to go on a 20 mile ride earlier today and the chain didnt fall of once. I couldnt be happier I finally brought my bike into Freewheel. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Freewheel is the only place I will be bringing my bike in the future.

I ordered an Orbea earlier this year and due to the effects of the pandemic took a while to get the bike. It was no fault of theirs.
