Everyone was friendly and accommodating when I was looking at a new bike. They were free of hassle when test riding bikes and seemed to honestly care about what I liked or didn't like about each bike, and offered some suggestions based on that. When it came time to purchase the bike it was also hassle free, and it really felt like getting my bike dialed in was something they were going to put the effort in for. All around I'm pleased as punch and can't wait to get my fat bike on some snow.
