Shopping at Freewheel in Woodbury was amazing.
I have purchased from Freewheel in the past and then avoided buying new because of the costs. I went BACK to Freewheel for the knowledge and personal touch. I wanted to learn about the Trek line-up and was getting frustrated doing it on my own.
I was helped by several folks, but it was primarily Ben who helped me hone in on the Trek Domane SLR 7 Gen 3 with added Wahoo pedals, a Wahoo watch, upgraded handlebars and some spiffy sunglasses.
The crew helped me size the bike, add the pedals, handlebars, new tape and even my clips.
Two thumbs all the way up for the Woodbury crew!

Brian and Mike at the Woodbury store are great. Brian is very knowledgeable about the different Trek bikes and is outstanding at customer service. Mike is an expert on bike repair and good at explaining what needs to be repaired and keeping me updated on when my bikes will be ready to be picked up.
