I appreciate when someone can help us with whatever we are looking for when we come to the store. The team seems to be very knowledgeable on all their products. I like that we can get our bikes serviced at a reasonable amount of time depending on the time of the year. I don't like condescending attitudes, but helpful friendly service is what I am looking for.

Knowledgeable staff, provided good insight on doing an overhaul on my road bike. I felt like the technician who worked on the bike was enthusiastic about the job and dedicated to doing a good job. The bike looked fantastic when I got it back, and I can't wait until Spring to get it on the road.

Freewheel did a great job of answering my questions without major pressure to purchase anything. They offer great products at competitive prices and also do a good job at taking care of you after your purchase. Highly recommend.
