Freewheel Woodbury has THE BEST team in the Twin Cities! Also, it is great to see the same team of friendly, helpful staff year after year. This says a lot about the Freewheel management team -- that employees are choosing to stay. There is not another local bike shop that has this sort of tenure with staff.

Free Wheel has a great show room with great products. The Customer service is outstanding. And if you have a problem with your bicycle and need to get back on the road fast, they will do everything in their power to get you back on the road that day. Mike has been there forever, is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me out. I will not go to the other bike shop.
My experience was awesome. I came in with an immediate repair and Troy helped me right away. I have had several past experiences with quick service and experiences with Troy.
