Tech was very knowledgeable and the repairs came in under the estimate. My 20 year old hybrid rides like the day I bought it again, even after a pretty decent wipe out last season. Good work and will definitely be bringing my business back.
Personalized service, techs Mike and Troy know what they are doing and provide top level technology to your bike, they have helped me on a walk in basis for emergency needs for same day bike ride, manager Brian keeps the shop stocked with everything bikers need and even hosts monthly post-ride celebrations for Freewheel rides his shop leads. This is my local bike shop.

The staff at freewheel in Woodbury always go above and beyond and truly love bikes—which makes their recommendations so much more helpful. I am new to cycling and everything there is to learn can be really intimidating. However, the staff is always so kind in helping me learn and getting me set up with the right stuff I need. And the fanatics club is a real life saver for deals! You can’t go wrong with Freewheel in Woodbury, they’ll be my go to shop for years to come.

The bike mechanics seem to love bikes and they know their stuff. They are friendly and they explain things well. Their prices are fair for such good work. When you bring in a $4,000 e-bike you want people who know what they are doing.
