I haven’t been to this location for a couple years. It was good to see a familiar face and talk a bit about the bike life. I was bummed when Penn changed, but I think the people are still great and knowing that I’ll still get good service is something that will bring me back again in the future. Glad to have stopped in again for a simple tube swap.
Freewheel has a staff that has experience and I see the same faces there over the years which makes me feel better about working with the group at the Woodbury location I live near.
The team in Woodbury was very helpful in tuning up my daughters bike on short notice. I took it to Erik’s first and they told me it would take 24 hours to even look at it and if it went into their queue, it could be up to two weeks to get to it.
Staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Th knowledge of the staff. I came in to get the tires on my knee scooter fixed, as I'm having surgery next week, they were able to fi it in a day. I also got information on the e-bikes, which I was planning on purchasing in the spring.
