I needed to replace a front wheel and tire that was stolen. I contacted Trek and, based on Freewheel Woodbury having the specific wheel I needed, I spoke to Ben at Woodbury, then went to the Woodbury store. Ben helped me get exactly what I needed so I could replace the front wheel. The bike is ready to ride.
