Freewheel did a great job on tuning up my bike - first time in about 15 years. The person who helped me meticulously looked at the bike, and made recommendations. I did not feel that he pressured me at all.
I wish I had brought the bike in sooner this year as I needed to wait 10 days to get it back. But I've learned to get it in sooner.
Also, the gentleman who helped me with a bike helmut purchase was so patient and helptul. Usually, I take a long time to make a purchase, but I made the decision within 30 minutes. It was because of his patience and helfulness.

I had a question about changing the gearing on my bike and the employee I talked to was super helpful in giving recommendations. I also was given a cost estimate and a date my bike would be done, and the cost estimate was right on, and my bike was ready on the date it was supposed to be. Overall, a great experience!

We love the guys at Freewheel (Woodbury)! Mike is always so patient and creative helping us diagnose bike issues or upgrade parts, and all the staff are friendly and great to work with. We've bought three bikes here, serviced them all numerous times, and we are always happy with the service we get from everyone there. On this last trip they helped us pick the perfect dropper set-up for my son and got it ordered and installed quickly. He's never been more excited for MTB season!
