The wait was long with only 2 operators. The service was great once you got through the wait!
I came with my kids and I was asked who cute their hair and I said they go somewhere and Nathan could have asked if I want a buddy coupon for them. It didn't become personal until 1/2 way through.
Great customer service, friendly staff, loved the ability to come back in at no charge if you needed adjustments and to get your neck cleaned up
I'm so glad I switched to Sport Clips for my sons' hair cuts! The staff is super friendly, my boys love going in and the price is reasonable! Best of all I don't have to keep telling them to cut my younger sons hair shorter. Great haircuts every visit!
Convenient locations, courteous barbers, pleasant waiting area with sports on TV.
And the haircut numbering system used gives consistent results, even with different barbers, (which is usually the case).

There were only 2 stylists working and we waited 75 minutes for a 15 minute hair cut. One of the stylists left to get something to drink with a waiting room full of people (he was gone for 30 minutes). Christina is a hard worker but needs more support.

Remain consistency to recorded guidelines. Make standards easily understandable to clients. In other words; what does 2 on the sides and 3 on the top mean in layman's terms?

Hello, I'm taking the time to report an employee that was out of line yesterday. I took my son in for a haircut yesterday and when he was done he mentioned how bad his haircut hurt. I couldn't ask him directly what happened in front of the stylist but when we got in the car he said he had to tell her (Karina) to stop hurting him. He said it hurts so bad and was scraping the clippers hard against his head and poking him with the scissors, even after asking her to stop. He complained all evening about his head hurting. He is 15 years old and has NEVER complained about a haircut hurting! I asked my husband if he's ever had a haircut hurt and he said no. He said the clippers feel good, if anything.
The other minor thing is when I nicely asked her to cut his hair on top a bit shorter she argued back and said, "you said you wanted his hair longer on top". She was totally out of line and rude about it.
I won't be back due to this awful experience. I recommend Sportclips train your stylists on customer service and treating the customers with gentleness and care.

Long wait time. Manager on phone for a long time. Only one stylist for quite a while. Saw at least two customer leave.Not usually like this! Also big turnover in stylists

The man who cut my hair was the best barber I've had in a log time.
This location has changed in the last 3 months. Long waits, staff changed, cumbersome check in and payment. You should have kept it simple. Your clients want fast service.
All good. Fast, good, reasonable and the MVP is a treat. Always a good hair cut.
