The girl that cut my hair clearly didn't understand the word tapered. I asked that my hair be approximately one inch on top and the sides tapered. What I ended up with was 1" all around. Now I need to get another hair cut to trim the sides. Extremely disappointed.
To be fair to you company, in the past there has been no problem.

Barbers vary in quality. Some good, some not. Need to do a better job of screening.
Online scheduling doesn't work. I was told a 10 min wait and show up at the appointment time. When I arrived it was a 23 min wait.

Great experience, but I’ve been going to Great Clips the past couple months bc they send out coupons for 7.99 and 8.99 per haircut. I like your services but like the discounts they offer.

Both of my boys get great hair cuts every time! The stylists are always friendly and obviously know what they are doing.
Online reservations and salon workers that actually care about what they're doing. Shorter than I wanted but growing out great!
