its everything that I look for in a salon
I like that the workers are dedicated to getting the hair that you want and making sure it looks good. I love the MVP treatments and the customer service. I have been to over 4 or 5 different sport clips and it seems like whoever is running the business knows what they are doing.
They did exactly what I requested that they do with my hair.

Although the two employees were with customers and busy, they acknowledged me, second later a thrid employee came to the desk, greeted me very nicely, asked if I had been there before then explained cut and services offered with pricing. I was and still am very happy with the cut and service. I was explained what products were used throughout my service, that they were all available for purchase, At the end of my visit I was very willing to answer all the requested information so I can be an MVP member. I plan on returning to this location for all my hair services and will complete surveys it asked.
The service provider (katelyn) deserves some type of recognition for being nice, providing a friendly comfortable visit and being knowledgeable.

The process is good. The wash, towel and massages. Feels good after a long day.
Ususally I really enjoy getting my haircut here, this time my experience here was not as positive. I love sports clips and I will most likely continue to go to sports clips, just not this location.

Good haircuts, good service at a reasonable price.
Always difficult to figure out when I can be seen quickly. Been coming in exclusively for 3 years and it's significantly harder to find a time that had less than a 30 minutes wait before being seen. It would be great if there were a few stylists that took appointments and the rest can handle walk-ins.
Waiting area could be a little more comfortable.
Erica has been cutting my hair and is very good and has a wonderful personality. I also enjoy the shampoo and massage

The stylists are friendly,skilled and responsive to requests and directions. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and left 10 minutes after the scheduled closing. The stylist didnot rush and gave me the MVP treatment without saying a word about closing time. She didn't push the Crew products, but I will purchase them at SportClips when I run low. I'll be returning soon.

How long the haircut takes is quick! Sometimes the wait time is longer than the actually longer.
