The person who cut my hair was extremely thorough and very nice. I've been to many locations and had many barbers, but he was certainly the best. I was actually surprised at how good a haircut it was in addition to the great customer service because I usually just expect an average experience. I hope that he gets the kudos he deserves!

I got a bad hair cut. The girl did not listen to what I told her.
1. Have an App that lets you sign in before we get there so I don't have to wait so long.
2. Have the person that I like who cuts my hair work consistant days and hours so I can get her every time I come.
3. Take a photo of my hair cut and put it in your computer so the next time I come there is a visual and not just writing of what was done last time. I guess this only becomes an issue when you get a new person everytime.
More relaxed atmosphere in shop.
The haircuts were fantastic and my boys enjoyed being there. The two men who cut their hair did an exceptional jobs and that's why we keep coming back. My younger child has Autism and the man who helped us was so patient with him and gentle. He engaged with him and was quick and stayed aware of my son having sensory issues. My older son got exactly the look he was wanting and the gentleman who was cutting his hair styles it and gave him so much confidence.

Ever since I first visited a Sports Clips, I've always gone with the MVP selection. I think it's a great deal that no other hair stylist place can offer. I've also enjoyed the people who help me. They do a fantastic job at cutting my hair, and I always have a wonderful time talking with them. It makes me feel welcomed to be their customer.

I like that the staff is friendly, that you offer full service hair care (especially the shampoo and scalp massage), and you do it at an affordable and reasonable price.

Christina is an amazing manager and stylist. She also provides wonderful customer service by taking a moment to welcome each person that walks in the door and have a wonderful day when you leave. I encourage people to the Newbury park location. Great job!!!

Things seem to have gone downhill a little bit over the past couple months. The newer staff aren't as good. The operation seems a little unfocused and fraying.
There really isn't anything you can do. I have been going to my location in Newbury Park, CA, for years. Only a few times have I had the same stylist. I have never felt that this has been a good or bad experience. I always get an MVP and always tip between $5 and $10 dollars. When I give them the tip I almost always get a look of wow, I should have been nicer to you. I am hoping that maybe they will be nicer to the next guy. I realize this isn't a hair stylist's dream job but maybe they could make the best of it while they are there. I can't recommend Sportsclips to anyone because the stylists are always changing and I have never had an experience worth recommending.
Friendly and professional
I usually get a good cut and the MVP scalp/neck massage is the main reason I come. I also like that the facility is generally clean and well kept.
Feel like the haircuts are to quick. Mow and blow. Need to spend more time and actually style.
The staff is super friendly. Christina always listens to what I want and gives me advice on what will look the best. I'm always satisfied with my haircut when I come out of Sports Clips.
