Usually walk in with my walker but everyone very nice and I actually like the new text ahead so my wife doesn't have to wait so long for me...but she can shop at dollar tree if she has to wait. My wife likes the way you cut my hair :)

What do you like about our products and services?

The barbers are friendly, & enjoy the hair wash. I’ve been buying the season ticket for years, every 6 months, as I get my haircut each month. However recently the season tickets are only offered in January and July. So, if I get one I have to get it at only those two months. By that time I still have around two haircuts to go, & don’t feel I should have to buy one two months before I have to. Unless the policy goes back to the old way, I may have to consider going elsewhere when I’m finished with the season ticket I currently have.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I heard on the radio that Sportclips now did online check in so I did so online. I came in 5 min early and an employee asked what I needed and I said I made an appointment for 4:15, she Ridley snapped back and said with an attitude “well we don’t do appointments here” then I said “you apparently do online” then she said “oh well type your number in there(computer) and check in then”. After that she had an attitude. I was then watching ufc and enjoying it with other customers and she stopped what she was doing, came to the front and changed the channel in the middle of the fight without saying a word. I mean ruined it to her a few min later and she said it’s too violent for kids. But there were no kids in the waiting room at all. I then went to get my haircut and it seemed like they just wanted to get me out of there. I always get the MVP and she didn’t even offer it to me. It seemed like was just trying to get to the next customer saying your food right? You’re done? Usually I get asked if I want the mvp. I like it especially when I get a lot of hair cut off, so I can clean up. No products were offered this time either and I wanted some palmade. She also didn’t spent much time on my hair, it’s way too thick and wasn’t thinned out to lay flatter. It just all seemed like a rich and an attitude from the beginning. My scheduled time was at4:15 and I still had to wait over 20 min.

I’m from New Jersey. I visit Newbury Park twice a year and often get a haircut there. The ladies always do a great job and are responsive and friendly.

Sports clips focuses on the essentials. The products that are carried there are not extraneous. They are things guys can use, very high-quality, and the prices are not exorbitant. No one who works there tries to push them on you. No nonsense, like the shop itself. You go in for a good decent haircut and that’s what you leave with. While there, we Interact with some personable, friendly, well-trained hair cutters in a cool environment, and then we’re on our way...

Small location without many stations and cramped waiting area can make for some long and uncomfortable waits. However, using online check in seemed to put me ahead of everyone else.

I was waiting for the stylist to finish. She finished and walked into the back room without acknowledging my presence or saying anything to me. I waited another 20 min. before she came back out. If this hapends again you have lost a customer. Explain why I was not called right away after the last customer left

I was charged twice for a haircut and have had to make two trips to the location. I left my name and number and was told a manager would contact me to resolve the issue. A week has gonna by and I still haven’t received my refund or been contacted.

I signed in and sat down. One of your stylists just finished with another customer, and promptly went to the back room. She did not acknowledge me or give me an expaination for her leaving. I waited 25 min. for her to return. Next time I am walking out never to return!
