Easy
don't keep the AC too cold
it is easy and pleasant
1. Can't make appointments and wait times are usually unreasonable for an average haircut.
2. Sometimes the pressure to buy "product " is uncomfortable at best.
3. The MVP is total bull crap.
Robert was great he alone gets a 10!!!
The reason I gave a 7 is because my 2 previous cuts there resulted in my hair being very uneven. I only returned as a last resort but will gladly return if I can schedule and appointment with Robert.
Nathan understood the type of haircut I was going for and he delivered exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with my haircut.
I like my barber, Christine, at the Newbury Park shop. She gives a great hair cut and MVP, she is very friendly and happy and a pleasure to be with.
I know this is not a politically correct response but the truth. Second straight time I went to Sports Clips and had a male "stylist". Normal get an MVP but was not comfortable having a male stylist so opt to just get a quick cut. Made me look at more options and found a actual barber shop that I will be going to from now on. Not as close as the Sports Clip facility but serves my purpose.
Reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Add the mvp its a win win.

Quick, affordable, quality cut
The stylists are always very friendly and actually listen to what I am asking for and then ask questions as needed. I feel that I leave with the haircut I want even if I change what I am asking for from visit to visit. I've never had to wait very long to receive my cut. And who can turn down a scalp massage?

I didn't like the sign-in process. I had to give up personal information, (cell number and email address) in order to sign-in. Then my name was displayed on a monitor. I didn't care for that either. Then the monitor showed the number of minutes until my haircut was supposed to happen, but there were about 10 additional minutes from when my name on the monitor showed On Deck until I was actually called by the stylist.
