The friendly staff and the ease of checking in and out. Always get good service nd a good cut.
I was able to be attended to right when I walked in. I didn't have to wait.
How come every time I come in, I never see the same employees? It seems to me that turnover/attrition is so high. Almost like SportsClips is a place for hair cutters right out of school to get their first job as they move on, or that the company's policies/procedures is not supportive/conducive to retaining the employees. Because of this, every time I come for a haircut, the way the stylist proceeds to cut my hair is different – even though the basic "recipe" is in the computer. And when a haircut proceeds differently every time, this customer doesn't get a very confident feeling that his haircut will come out similar every time – and sadly, it doesn't! Especially when my neighbor comments on it! Yikes. Will I come back? We'll see...
The new ownership at Sports Clips Newbury Park, CA is a great improvement. We went to Sports Clips before and the service was ok. We were in the process of looking for a new Sports Clips.
With the new ownership we are very pleased. There is a new board with estimated wait times and more hair stylists. The shop seems cleaner and better maintained. The stylists also seem very eager to give a good hair cut.
The boys in our family like Sports Clips franchise because of the convenience and the atmosphere.

Would love to have an option for straight razor necklines. The trimmer just doesn't cut it.
Properly cleaning the face prior/after wash would be nice as I tend to leave with hair trimmings still on my forehead and face.
Things were just so-so. The new check in system is confusing.

Robert at the Newbury Park Sports Clip did an amazing job on both of our sons hair. He asked each one what they wanted and used both the electric shear and scissors. They looked so sharp when he was finished and both boys were very pleased. Thank you Rob!
Christina is amazing! Wonderful customer service. Christina always has a smile on her face as she warmly greets each customer that walks in and make sure to tell each person to have a great day when they leave. Your hair stylists are professional, polite, courteous, and friendly. In addition to the excellent haircut which we have all grown to expect from a "Sports Clips" franchise, your stylists (here in Newbury Park) treat your customers like royalty. A greeting upon entering and friendly conversation during the hair cutting process.
The people working there have too many tattoos. It's starting to look like a tattoo parlor.
Everyone seems to be pleasant. My only concern is your new policy that you can only renew your season ticket in January and June, which means in September when my current one is finished, I can't get a new one for several months. Otherwise I'm happy with your service.

Love going to Sport Clips. They know exactly how to cut my hair through their customer note system. I do have a suggestion, get cameras at check out so that you can take a client's picture to SEE what their looks like after the cut and keep it in their file. GREAT JOB!!!
