All new people. Not very friendly. I am handicap and did not get help walking to my car when it was done. Usually when they need to talk to me about my car, they will come sit with me in the waiting room. This time, they said I had to come out and talk. Not friendly

The team at the Pasadena Jiffy Lube are great! They work well together and do a fantastic job. From holding the door for me to the customer waiting room (reminding me there is freshly brewed coffee and magazines) to addressing how they have taken great care of my vehicle. Love going there for service! Even paying for the service is a pleasant experience! I left with a yummy treat to make my day even sweeter! Thanks for everything!!!
