Fast service, clean facility, pleasant staff makes me always want to come back.

Your top off service, my vehicle was not top off appropriately and I was informed but the young lady at the counter and on my receipt that it was topped off. I came home and my husband looked at the jeep and noticed the fluid was not full. Very bad customer service everyone should know what they are doing and do it correctly. I am very upset about this outcome. They did not clean the windows or vacuum the vehicle either.

I wasn't as pleased with why most recent visit. They usually do a better job wiping down inside the car and doing the vacuuming but it didn't look like they even touched it.

I got an oil change there in the middle of the evening. No line, and in-and-out in about 10 minutes. Very efficient and friendly service.

Very professional

Well the service was quick which is what I expected, but my windows were filthy with road salt. I asked the young man if they were going to wipe off the windows. He said they can only do the front window. I said really, and he replied it was a decision from corporate to only wipe the front window. This was Wednesday and Lou wasn't there so I didn't say anything else but you should know there was only one vehicle a truck in the other lane, and there were plenty of staff available. Sorry to say its just good business if a customer ask for their windows, mainly the rear window to be wiped off someone would have said no problem. Now I remember when jiffy lube had a car wash with their oil change, but not wiping the windows. That's a new low for Jiffy Lube.

Accommodating and quality work.

Twice, I've had to replace screws for my skid plate after getting my oil changed.
They stripped the screw so bad I had to take it to a shop to have it removed the first time.
The second time They must have lost 1 of the screws because when I left, I noticed a
rattling sound under my truck & when I got it checked. It was missing a screw from the skid plate.

I was in and out within 20 mins and that was a stretch I feel. The young man who checked me out was amazing. I thought and coupon but he explained why it wouldn't work. But still gave me a portion off that was a active coupon. Will definitely continue service there.

They weren't really friendly. I also felt like my service was rushed. They asked what I wanted, I paid, and that was it. Barely any greeting or anything.

People are so nice. Waiting room is so clean, coffee and a clean bathroom is available.

They all were very, very helpful even though I was a Hertz fleet driver. I will always come there first, even though they didn’t seem to want to help me at first, but they really came through and I appreciate every single one of them!!
