Too expensive
Chuck was very friendly. Also, really appreciated the online coupons available.
Fasy, efficient, professional, friendly
They seemed to look for ways not to do what I asked for. 1. Could not change transmition fluid because you didn't stock the fluid. 2. Could not rotate tires because one nut on one wheel was "cross threaded." 3. Did not clear the tire pressure indicator.4. Did not reset the Trip mileage indicator. 5. Whatever they did with a vacuum on the interior was not evident. I have been going to your Ellicott City shop for a long time and will return there the next time I need your services.
Went to the Severn location for the first time yesterday am for an oil change. I was greeted by my last name & they brought us to the lobby as soon as we parked at the entrance. Everyone there was very professional & friendly. We were in & out in like 15’, super fast!

So this location was understaffed at the time of my arrival but the customer service representative that helped me was able to let me know that i am a priorty and i would be taken care of!! He didn’t let me down because i was in and it off there within 30 mins. I can’t remember his name but i went in tuesday at 330 July 15th !! I hope my guy gets his recognition

I know it was hot, but it took 5 minutes for someone to come out and help me. They did not vacuum all of my interior. They barely touched the front carpets. The back was not done. The windows were also not cleaned.
My car was not fully vacuum, only the front. I paid $134 dollars to have my car
From the moment my telephone call was answered by Chuck, I was pleased with my choice to contact Jiffy Lube in Pasadena for my oil change. Chuck greeted politely and was upbeat ending his greeting with "where you do not need an appointment." I laughed and said he had just answered the question I had, did I need to make an appointment.
Once I arrived, a little after 9:00 a.m., Gacia greeted me at my car. He was professional and kind directing me to the waiting area where there were magazines, coffee and TV. Within a short time, he reviewed his assessment of my vehicle and asked what services I wanted to proceed with.
Within 15 minutes, I was at the service desk, where Chuck was reviewing my bill with me. My $10 coupon did not work so Chuck used a coupon he had -- success! I felt the price was reasonable for all the services provided.
I was thoroughly pleased and mentioned it to the manager, Justin, who was extremely professional as well and appreciated my feedback. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube location. Thanks to the entire team!
